Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie we use and what each one is for.
The four categories
- Strictly necessary
- The site cannot work without these. They keep you signed in, remember your cart and protect against fraud. They cannot be switched off.
- Functional
- Remember preferences such as the filter you last used on the ticket page. Turning them off costs you convenience, nothing else.
- Analytics
- Anonymous statistics that show us which pages people struggle with. Nothing loads unless you allow it.
- Marketing
- Measures whether our advertising reaches people. Nothing loads unless you allow it.
Every cookie we use
This list is checked whenever the site changes. If you find a cookie that is not listed here, please tell us.
| Name | Type | What it does | Category | Lifetime | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

cta_age_v1 | Local storage | A copy of the same confirmation, kept in case the cookie is cleared. | Strictly necessary | Until cleared | First party |
cta_consent_v1 | Local storage | Stores your cookie choices and the date you made them. | Strictly necessary | Until cleared | First party |
cta_cart_v1 | Local storage | Keeps the envelopes you selected so your cart survives moving between pages. | Strictly necessary | Until cleared | First party |
cta_prefs_v1 | Local storage | Remembers interface preferences such as the filter last used on the ticket page. | Functional | Until cleared | First party |
_ga, _ga_* | Cookie | Google Analytics — anonymous statistics on how the site is used. Loaded only if you allow analytics cookies. | Analytics | Up to 2 years | Third party |
_gcl_au | Cookie | Google Ads — measures whether an advert led to a ticket purchase. Loaded only if you allow marketing cookies. | Marketing | 90 days | Third party |
Your choice, and how to change it
The banner shown on your first visit offers Accept all and Reject all as equally sized, equally prominent buttons, plus the option to choose category by category. Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories loads until you allow it — rejecting is a real rejection, not a delay.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We record the date and the version of this policy that applied when you made your choice.
Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser can block or delete cookies for every site, independently of the choice you make here. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the cart and sign-in from working.
